How Does Food for His Children Work?

For many people, when they think of Food for His Children, they think all we do is give a goat. While we love goats and dairy goats are a part of our solution to extreme poverty in Tanzania, they're really just the beginning. I like to say, 'The goats get us in the door for so much more!'.
